All warehouse and driving staff are enhanced DBS checked, which provides peace of mind and safety to all parties involved. Every new starter is given a two week training schedule, which involves in depth training on the importance of patient confidentiality and data protection and how that should be applied in the day to day operations as a Vision employee. Furthermore, all IT systems, software and databases are stored securely on UK based servers.
